Comments: Dave needs to be more consistent with his timing however overall I was very satisfied.
He does nice work.
Your Comments: I installed a marble floor for her. It was very labor intensive with precise measuring. Since we were dedicated to providing a satisfactory end result we did have to spend more time than aniticpated. |

Your Comments: This guy had a water heater in the basement. It was leaning over due to a rusted bottom. It wasn't a straightforward repair, but once I figured out how to stabalize the tank, the repair wasn't to bad. Hope your plans work out for the house. |

Comments: Dave was a nice enough guy, but communication was not his strong suit. The quality of the
work was not what I expected. When I called him to have him come back and fix the job, it still wasn't complete in my mind.
I would rather finish it myself.
Your Comments: I usually have time to discuss the projects I do with my customers. In this case, she had her dad over to watch the work being done. What a great family. She and Her hushand are both in the education field. I always enjoy working for teachers. Just a really nice family. Sorry if I didn't understand what needed to be done-I went back and did what looked right to me. Hope you will improve the score. I powerwashed the deck and painted it twice. Thanks for the work! |

Your Comments: I can't imagine someone rating me so poorly. I imagine who this is and I offered to come back and do what I could. Your home entrance was out of square and you asked to seal all leaks so critters wouldn't get in. Your back door was in very poor condition and needed to be replace-not repaired. It was rotted out completely. The interior doors that I hung worked perfectly when I left. I think this person was unhappy with price too, so they graded it low. Did the best I could for you! |

Project: Clean Gutters and Downspouts
Comments: Dave was very helpful. There was some confusion on what work was being completed, as I
am actively serving in the military and live outside the area that the home was serviced. He did most of what he said he
was going to complete. He cleaned the gutters around the home, but left the gutters around the garage for the current renters
to clean. He gave insight on what further work might be done on the home, which was greatly welcomed. Other than a little
communication confusion, all in all the project was completed well! I would recommend Dave's Handyman Express in the future!!!
Your Comments: He called me to clean the gutters and look at a leak in the bathtub drain overflow which caused the ceiling tiles in the kitchen to fall. Due to the windy weather the day I arrived the task was awkward but I completed the gutter cleaning on the two story house. The renters told me not to worry about the detached garage. I returned another day to work on the repairs inside and it went well. |
